- Strip GPS metadata in Elixir for JPEG/PNG/WebP/HEIC
- Read ImageDescription/Caption-Abstract in Elixir (JPEG/PNG/WebP/HEIC/GIF)
- Keep exiftool only as test oracle
- Update Dockerfiles/docs to drop exiftool runtime install
- Add fixtures and tests for supported formats
